The headcanon for this gang is that compared to others that squabble amongst themselves, they are actually a close knit family and work as a team. Naija as you can tell here is their ring leader and has been since day one and there is a mafia-like system in Africa which they control and they are loyal to the Italian mafia thanks to Naija's relationship with Luciano. As for Naija's name here, she goes by the name Regina Vargas, yes she chose that name as she lost most of her memories plus cannot remember her true name.
